SUPPORT

Trans Connections

Trans Connections is an all-inclusive prevention program for trans people of color, ages 18-29. In addition to free HIV and STD testing, one-on-one goal setting support sessions, and monthly community events, Trans Connections is a safe space for trans folks to come and be encouraged, enlightened, and empowered to help build better resources for the community from within the community. Check out Club Triangle every Thursday from 6pm-8pm where we talk about issues affecting the trans community and how we can get involved to help. Join us for our monthly Netflix & Chill Movie Night every 4th Thursday as we hang out with the community and our allies. At Trans Connections we affirm that you are the creator of your own story and experience. We support trans-ness across the gender spectrum – what we can do, we will do!

ToolBox

ToolBox On Facebook

Toolbox is a space where folks who identify along the spectrum of transmasculinity can come together to share and learn from each other, as well as support one another. We want to create a space that is healing and affirming of all our identities. We want to center marginalized voices, while understanding and unpacking privilege. We celebrate all expressions of masculinity.
